Well, what can I say about Clare?

I was so nervous with the sheer mountain I had to climb to become a driving instructor but she immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything I needed to do and guided me through the entire process.

I quickly went from being anxious about the whole thing to looking forward to every lesson and the working on the next step of the process. She is also an amazing person, we had such a laugh on every lesson and she just found ways to make everything enjoyable, the day I passed was arguably the best day of my working career but also pretty sad knowing I wouldn’t be having anymore lessons with Clare.

Since passing she and the school have been brilliant in supplying pupils, I’ve never been short of work or support if I ever need it.

I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to become a driving instructor.

When I started with Clare, at the very first lesson I was anxious and nervous and I showed my terrible driving with all the bad habits that a driver can have and I almost crashed on the roundabout. After that I went home feeling sad, thinking that the hope for a new job was gone. I was working as a cleaner and I was desperate for a change.

The next day I had a phone call from Clare asking if I wanted to set up the next lesson. I could not believe that she called me after that terrible driving! I was motivated again and I had a hope that something good for me is on the way, and it was! Clare's kind and professional approach put me at ease and I felt straight away that I'm in the right place with the right person. Lessons carried on with learning, laughs and stories on the way.

Clare never made me feel stupid for my mistakes and patiently clarified every challenge on the way and even with my learning difficulties she delivered progress for me on every lesson. I always have learners from Clare, never short with work so I can work as much as I want and she is there for us 24/7 with any help we need. I believe that this is the top school around and I know that Clare is the person who can take anyone thru the tests that are interested in becoming an instructor.

Without any doubt I recommend Clare and this school for every one!

I was thinking about becoming a driving instructor while learning to drive with LadyDrive 9 years ago. Learning with LadyDrive I knew that if I ever did Pursue becoming a driving instructor I would come to LadyDrive to train because the knowledge I learnt from lessons showed me how well trained the instructors are and also the calming vibes and positivity made me feel so at ease I passed my test first time.

When the time came, I contacted Clare on email and straight away I got a reply and then a phone call that evening. Clare explained everything so well to me and how everything worked and then from there I started my training. I couldn’t thank Clare enough because from the beginning to the end of my training I learnt so much and was able to become fully qualified. Clare has been so helpful from the beginning to now.

She is only a text or call away if I ever need help and has been so supportive even on some of the hardest days. Not only did Clare turn negatives to positives she also made sure I was ok. If it was a day I had a lesson with Clare, Clare would still make time and effort to message me later on to check if I’m ok on days she knew I was finding things tough.

Not only have I found such a wonderful Lady to help me in my career I feel like I have found a second mum and I couldn’t be more thankful I made the right decision. This truly is my dream job and I know this is my forever job now and I have Clare to thank for that.

The knowledge and understanding of driving and how to teach is all because of Clare and I really do think she is a truly amazing teacher and lady all around, I feel very lucky to be part of her company

I started training to be an ADI with “His and Hers”, I was trained by Clare. She made me feel very welcome. I quickly got to meet all the other instructors who she had trained.

Clare helped guide and encourage me through the 3 training modules and their subsequent tests, all of which I was able to pass first time thanks to Clare’s training. We also had a few good laughs along the way. I’ve been working with “His and Hers” since that day and enjoy it thoroughly.

I’ve used the methods taught to me at “His and Hers/Ladydrive“ to get many people through their driving tests I couldn’t recommend Clare enough!

I had been looking for a driving school to train with for a while, I found so many conflicting prices and information and most of them asking for a large payment upfront.

I met someone who had been trained by Clare and recommended that I give her a call, best call I ever made! From the moment I spoke to Clare she explained everything fully and broke down all the costs for me. This was something that was very important for me as a new mum money was something I needed to take into consideration.

I can honestly say that re training is one of the best things I have ever done. Not only do I have the flexibility of working around family the job satisfaction is second to none.

Clare is a remarkable teacher she's funny, caring with endless patience ( she often needed with me!) I was never made to feel that anything I wasn't sure on was a daft question.

I have made a wonderful friend but I also still have her support if I ever need it 11 years on and that is worth so much to me.

I would like to say my whole learning experience with Ladydrive His n Hers has been fun and informative from day one. Each lesson was well planned and covered comprehensively. I was given exceptional teaching combined with depth of knowledge and the individual, personally tailored training style enabled me to pass all three parts of the Instructor Training examinations first time! I also had unlimited help and support after I passed which is of great value during my subsequent 17 years as an instructor with the very same company. I trained to become a driving instructor during 2013-2014 and was taught by Clare Browning. Having been partly trained elsewhere, I came to Ladydrive on a recommendation as I felt my previous tuition hadn’t really prepared me and had left me doubting whether I could do the job.

Clare was brilliant at quickly identifying what I still needed to learn and came up with a structured plan to get me back on track. She made my lessons really enjoyable - always giving lots of encouragement and praise and my goodness we had a lot of fun!

Without Clare’s guidance and support I would have probably given up my training, but she helped me find my confidence again and after a few months of hard work I was out on the road as a fully qualified ADI.

After deciding to become a qualified driving instructor, I took some time to find the right trainer. I knew straight away after meeting Clare that I had found the one.

Clare very clearly explained the process to qualification and set out clear expectations about the qualities an ADI must have to be a professional & effective teacher.

Clare teaches in a very structured way and sets the bar high. All the way through the process, Clare was so encouraging and enthusiastic, not only teaching me how to teach but instilling in me the ADI values. When things got tough, Clare was really supportive. She encouraged me to laugh if I made a mistake and made the whole learning experience fun. Clare always had time to talk about her own experiences of being a driving instructor I looked forward to every lesson.

We had a lot of laughs along the way and I cannot emphasise how important this is.

Clare is a very warm person who is extremely passionate about training and promoting safe driving for life and this is what I have tried to remember when teaching my own pupils. Since qualifying, Clare is always on hand to support me and provide lots of useful advice on how to overcome different challenges.

I contacted ladydrive and his and hers driving school to ask about training to be an instructor and after one call I had all the information I needed and started my training with Clare, Clare really helped me to get rid of all the bad habits I had to get me through my ADI part 2, when it came to my ADI part 3 Clare was extremely helpful and gave me the push I needed when it came to learning how to be the instructor I am now, I ended up passing both my ADI parts 2 and 3 first time with only 2 minors in my part 2 and grades 5/4 in my part 3, looking back on our lessons it's easy to say that Clare doesn't just want to train and move on to the next person she really cares and puts everything she can into it, I don't just think of her as my trainer or my boss but as a friend, even now I know if I have any questions she is just a phone call away.

Clare is such an amazing lady, she made me feel at ease right from the start which gave me the confidence that I could become an ADI. I have known Clare since I was 9 years old when she used to babysit me! When I turned 17 I began my journey with Ladydrive when Clare first taught me to drive. I thought then she was a great instructor and I passed my driving test first time with just 3 minors. I knew from that day I wanted to be a driving instructor myself, so when the time came I went back to Clare and she began training me to teach. Her knowledge and professional approach not only meant the training I was receiving was the best possible, but along with her sense of humour and the fact that she made each lesson so much fun and enjoyable meant it was a much more relaxed way to learn. Even when I was having a bad day she would always find the positives in what I did and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or to hear me out when I was having a meltdown about remembering everything I needed too!!

I passed each of my instructor tests first time, and am sure that is down to Clares excellent training. If you are thinking about becoming a driving instructor then look no further. Not only is Clare amazing at what she does, she is like my second Mum and I will be forever grateful for everything she has done for me and help me to achieve throughout my life, from teaching me to drive, to teach and introducing me to my now husband.

Having decided to become a driving instructor back in 2001, I started my initial training with another training establishment and passing parts 1 and 2.

Becoming a P..D.I I joined Ladydrive and His and Hers Diving School to be able to pass part 3. The training I received was first classs with plenty of time given to my development to become an A.D.I.

It is again useful to be reassessed before taking the Standards Check to ensure that you are still teaching to the standard expected from the DVSA.

Overall the training i received from Clare is second to none and I would recommend anyone who is thinking of joining this profession to talk to her.
